one of my patients tells me the Angola prisoner in the next bed removes his hand cuffs when no one is around and takes walks.
Out of curiosity I asked if he could remove the cuffs.
Reluctantly he asked me to turn around and in less than 10 seconds he had me turn back around to see both hands free. I suggested he not do that when the guard was making his rounds.
